renderroll

Start an order

Start an order, validated before you pay.

Configure your pack, send a usable CAD or 3D model, and we confirm the scope before you pay. A model is mandatory for every rendering order. If you need us to create one, modelling is scoped and paid for separately first.

Review and send your business brief

Business order intake

Send the scope for validation.

Your builder choices are copied below. Review them, add your business details and submit. This is an enquiry, not a payment or final order.

Optional at this stage, but recommended. Send up to 5 representative files, 25 MB each. Use ZIP or 7Z for linked textures and assemblies. Files are stored outside the public website and deleted after 30 days. For larger catalogues, send the form first and we will provide a secure bulk-transfer route.

Business customers only. Render Roll does not accept consumer orders. The final scope, tax treatment and payment amount are checked before a private Stripe link is issued.

We record the enquiry in our order system and show a reference on screen. Email is a convenience, so save the reference. Rendering cannot be ordered or paid for until the model, business evidence, tax treatment and customer-approved scope have passed review. Modelling is priced separately. Nothing is charged at this stage.

The flow

Configure, validate, approve, then pay.

Every order follows the same reviewed path, so the scope, cost and production standard are clear before payment.

1

Select a package

Choose a pack, or bring the scope the builder produced for you. You can change it before anything is confirmed.

2

Configure base products and variants

Set your base products and any colour, material, finish or label variants. Declare size or geometry changes separately so file review can confirm whether they need a new base SKU.

3

Add your company details

A few company details, kept to the minimum we need at this stage.

4

Upload your SKU spreadsheet

Upload the completed SKU template or a representative spreadsheet. We review the columns and rows by hand and confirm any missing or unclear data before the scope is approved.

5

Upload a representative model

Send at least one representative CAD or 3D model for each product family. Drawings and photos can support it, but cannot replace it. No usable model means the enquiry moves to a separate modelling quote.

6

Select your image angles

Pick the views each product needs: front, three-quarter, side, rear, top and detail crops.

7

Choose backgrounds and formats

Choose white, transparent PNG and any agreed backgrounds, plus the sizes for the channels you sell on.

8

Add material and graphic notes

Tell us about colours, finishes, materials and any label or packaging artwork that has to be right.

9

Review the package assumptions

We show the assumptions your scope rests on, in plain language, so there are no surprises later.

10

Submit for technical validation

Send the order to our team for a proper look at your files and your scope. Nothing is charged at this point.

Receive your confirmed scope

Our team returns a confirmed scope only after the representative models pass validation. Any preparation or modelling is quoted as a separate line item before the rendering payment link is created.

Approve and pay

Approve the confirmed scope and current B2B terms, then pay through a secure Stripe payment link created for that exact scope. You are never asked to type card details into this site.

Production starts

With scope approved and payment settled, we set the master standard, get your first product signed off, and scale across the catalogue in quality-checked batches.

After you submit

An honest review, then your confirmed scope.

Between submitting at step 10 and paying at step 12, the work sits with us. Here is what that looks like.

No card details are entered on this site. Payment is handled on Stripe after your business status, model, scope and tax treatment are approved. The link shows the agreed amount, currency and required B2B terms acceptance before you pay.

Not ready to order the batch? Send us one product. We render a small sample set to our standard so you can judge the quality before you commit to the full catalogue.

Two ways in

Most catalogues start in the builder.

Larger or more complex jobs are a short conversation first, so we scope them properly.

Build your pack

Set your catalogue size and the views you need, and see an indicative scope and price range. It carries straight into the order flow when you are ready.

Large or complex catalogues are scoped as a conversation, not an on-the-spot price. Transparent or reflective products, cutaways, campaign scenes and recurring monthly work start here.
